Charles Warrack has been promoted to partner at leading chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows as it continues to reinforce its presence in the Birmingham and West Midlands office market.
Charles, head of office agency, joined the Birmingham-based firm two years ago from Vail Williams where he was in charge of acquisitions, leasing and sales and having previously worked for JLL, King Sturge and Chesterton.
He said: “It’s been a fantastic couple of years and I’m continually impressed with Johnson Fellows’ ambition for growth, adding new services and recruiting top quality talent.
“We have grown our already impressive client list, which includes dealing with the Grade A refurbished offices known as Imperial & Whitehall on Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre, on behalf of Hortons’ Estate and having recently undertaken some significant office acquisitions both in the Midlands and South East. I’m looking forward to making even greater inroads into the region’s office sector as partner, at what is a very exciting time for the Birmingham business community.”
Chris Gaskell, partner at Johnson Fellows, said “Since attracting Charles to the firm we have sent out a clear message that we are committed to providing high quality office agency services. I’m delighted that he has become a partner and look forward to this area of the business enjoying even greater success.”
Charles, a member of the Office Agents Society, has worked in Birmingham since 1996, specialising in office agency, and has acted for a variety of major developers, property companies, banks, pension funds, high net worth individuals and occupiers.
