The Manchester office of CBRE has appointed Catherine Potts as an Associate Director within its Specialist Markets division, making the team the largest diverse Specialist Markets team within the region.
An experienced valuer and adviser of trading businesses within the care, medical, pub, retail and hotel sectors, Catherine joins CBRE from Christie + Co in Manchester where she held the position of Associate Director and Valuation Services Manager.
In her new role at CBRE, Catherine will be undertaking valuation advisory work in the Specialist Markets team across a range of sectors including; Pubs, Leisure and Healthcare.
Catherine’s appointment follows two recent promotions within the six-strong team headed up by Senior Director Shaun Skidmore. Julian Such has been promoted to Director and Nick Huddleston to Associate Director, who work alongside Associate Director Richard Savage and Surveyor Lorna Pass.
