A Mansfield recruitment firm is set to create new jobs in the town after a substantial refurbishment of its White Hart Street offices.
Frontline Recruitment is currently looking to take on three new staff after upgrading its offices to include a new open-plan, modern design in a five-figure investment.
The business is looking to add a New Business Manager, Consultant and 360 Consultant executive to its Mansfield office to take the number of staff based in the town to five.
The move comes as part of a recruitment drive which will see Frontline create 14 new roles across its six UK offices in Mansfield, Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Hull and Weymouth.
David Essam, General Manager at Frontline Recruitment, said: “We’re really pleased with the refurbishment of our White Hart Street offices, and it’s given the team the extra boost to go out win new business as well as offer existing clients the high-level of service they’ve become accustomed to.
“We’re looking to take our Mansfield office to the next level now. We want experienced and enthusiastic recruitment professionals to join us on the journey. In return we can offer great working conditions, a structured bonus scheme, six months of elite academy training and on-going personal development – as well as the peace of mind that you’ll be making a real difference to people’s lives in the Mansfield area.”
David added: “We’ve become the go-to recruitment specialist for businesses who want peace of mind when they’re hiring temporary workers – and our plans to expand the team will only reinforce that.”
In the last quarter Frontline has placed 935 new candidates into jobs -a rise of 20% from 785 in 2015. The company’s client base is up 5% year-on-year, and the number of new clients won is up 32% from 54 to 71.
