Nolan Redshaw and Knight Frank have been retained on Chamberhall Business Park for St Modwen who are acting as development partners with Bury Council.
St Modwen’s Chamberhall Business Park is 17 acres in size and designs for the development will be unveiled this Autumn.
Paul Nolan, director at Nolan Redshaw, said: “We are delighted to be asked to work with St Modwen on the business park.
“It is an excellent site and we are pleased to be asked to join Knight Frank to represent St Modwen.”
