CBRE has appointed two new surveyors to its award-winning logistics and industrial agency team in Birmingham.
Greg Dalton joins the firm from JLL and Marcus Phayer moves from Cushman & Wakefield.
The duo will work across CBRE’s extensive portfolio, marketing both existing units and development stock for clients including Roxhill, Segro, IM Properties, and Goodman, working alongside Richard Meering, who heads the team, and director Stuart Mair.
Richard Meering said: “The Midlands enjoyed record take-up of logistics and industrial space in the first half of this year and although we are now facing stock and occupier confidence issues following the Brexit vote, the region remains the location of choice for many logistics firms and manufacturers. As a consequence, we will continue to invest in growing our agency team to ensure the highest quality service to our clients.”
