Having now let 5 units at Bridlesmith Walk, FHP have secured full occupancy at the arcade with a final letting completing to Lush Nails and Beauty, who relocated from Station Street, Nottingham.
They join a mix of operators, including White Rabbit Teahouse, The Gate Hairdressing, CaBella beauty salon and women’s clothing boutique, Stick & Ribbon, who were all agreed in deals brokered by FHP.
Matt Revill of FHP Property Consultants comments:
“We were working to a tight deadline as Lush Nails and Beauty were required to vacate their previous premises by the first week of July due to the redevelopment works that are to be undertaken surrounding the Train station and Intu Broadmarsh area. We managed to agree terms for their new unit in Bridlesmith Walk with our client in a matter of days, and once the lease had completed, they were in and trading by July 11th.
The face of Bridlesmith Walk has changed significantly over the past two years and the addition of the well-established Lush Nails and Beauty just adds to the complimenting tenant mix.”
Katie Ann Friend of Lush Nails and Beauty comments:
“This is a great move for our business as it puts us amongst other thriving independent retailers in the city centre just off the prime retail fashion pitch of Bridlesmith Gate. After our first week of trading, the new location is proving a real asset and benefit to business. We had a very tight deadline in order to relocate, so I am grateful that FHP managed to move quickly and create a smooth transition for our business.”
