A 17,000 sq ft former supermarket property on Johnsons Retail Park in Pentwyn, Cardiff which was divided into two units last year, is now open for business again with two new tenants.
Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton advised the landlord to split the retail unit into 7,000 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft retail units after looking into various alternative uses for the property.
The 7,000 sq ft unit has been let to Farmfoods, which opened late last year, and contracts have just exchanged on the 10,000 sq ft unit – letting to B&M Bargains. LSH advised the landlord and Haydn Thomas of Hutchings & Thomas advised B&M Bargains.
