Keningtons have completed two lettings in Calne during the first weeks of March. The first was on behalf of private clients who own the Calne Business Centre. Unit 26 has been let to Mount Soleil Ltd the parent company of Consol Suncentre South West who will be using the 1500 sq ft unit as a base for their regional repair and maintenance department. The unit was taken on a 3 year lease. The quoting rent was £7000 per annum.
The second deal has seen the arrival of Quantum Dynamics Ltd to Four Brooks Business Centre where Keningtons acted for the joint owners Checkmore Limited and Denton and Gibson Limited. Quantum Dynamics have relocated from Devizes and have taken the 1000 sq ft ground floor of unit 5 again on a 3 year lease.
Jeremy Sutton, a partner at Keningtons comments “This is the third letting in 9 months at Calne Business Centre and there are now no vacate units in this scheme. At Four Brooks we still have units available which can be used for office, storage or production use, and can accommodate requirements from 1000 to 5000 sq ft.”
