Three companies have this week been announced as finalists for BDO’s Central South Mid Market Company of the Year award. They are Dyer & Butler, R & M Electrical and Portsmouth Aviation.
The finalists were selected from over 40 companies identified over the last 12 months as being the leading businesses in terms of international activity and profit growth along with nominations from the region’s professional community. They were shortlisted for meeting key criteria including nurturing talent, strength of management and approach to new markets.
On BDO’s continued commitment to championing the mid-market, Malcolm Thixton, Lead Partner at BDO Southampton, said: “We make it our responsibility to support and nurture these companies who are contributing huge amounts to the local and UK economy. Hosted by BBC South Today’s Laura Trant, BDO is holding a gala dinner at the Hilton at the Ageas on 29th September 2016, to celebrate the region’s mid-market and announce the winner of the Central South Mid Market Company of the Year.
