Korten Ltd., who have been operating for over 50 years, provide a range of exhibition & production services including custom exhibition stands, conferences & events and commercial interiors to a range of national and international businesses. Their new premises will be used to manufacture and supply their exhibition & display services & products on a global scale.
The high specification semi-detached warehouse unit has a floor area of 3,447 sq ft and benefits from 512 sq ft of office and ancillary space as well as several car parking spaces. Barker Storey Matthews acted on behalf of Asphaltic Developments Limited and the property was let at a rental of £21,000 pa exclusive.
