South Wiltshire’s new office development site – in a strategic position immediately to the north of Salisbury – has been launched.
Sarum Point Business Park is offering businesses design-and-build opportunities for offices up to 135,000 sq ft (12,573 sq m).
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market the site at Old Sarum which is being developed by Catesby Property Group.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “This strategically positioned and newly available development is able to accommodate a wide range of requirements.
“New office buildings are obtainable on a design-and-build basis to provide bespoke accommodation to meet end users’ requirements.”
The development adjoins a new 673-unit housing development and proposed neighbourhood centre to provide retail facilities.
It is close to the historic Old Sarum ancient monument and the active Old Sarum Airfield.
Sarum Point is four miles north of Salisbury city centre off the A345 Salisbury to Amesbury road.
It provides easy access to the city and links to the rail station and trunk route network as well as to the north to the A303 for access to the west country and London.
Land is also available for sale as serviced plots of up to 7.3 acres (2.95 hectares).
Freehold or new lease prices are available on request.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
