db symmetry funded by Barwood Capital has commenced the speculative refurbishment of Building Four, Manchester Green following the recent letting to project delivery consultancy Worley Parsons in Building One.
The Business Park was acquired in 2013 and since then db symmetry has embarked on a phased refurbishment programme across the estate. As a result, Building Five was let to pharmaceutical company Chiesi in September 2014, food manufacturer Ingredion has recently committed to the scheme by re-gearing its existing lease on Building Two and Worley Parsons has taken 20,538 sq ft in Building One.
Building Four, which totals 30,371 sq ft will be refurbished to a Grade A specification with full access raised floors, a new VRV air-conditioning system and a re-modelled entrance reception area. The refurbishment will complete in August and the quoting rent is currently £17.50 psf.
