National office specialist Colliers International has sold Unit 6 at Thornbury Office Park, near Bristol.
Director James Preece said the 1,325 sq ft open plan premises in Midland Way had been purchased by Weavers Gallery for an undisclosed sum.
“This is a modern, open-plan unit set over two floors with the benefit of five parking spaces, and was brought to the market as leasehold premises with an option of purchasing,” he said
“We had anticipated it would attract interest from a variety of businesses, and that expectation has been confirmed by the decision to purchase it bought by a company already based at Thornbury Office Park.”
Colliers International represented the private vendor. Weavers Gallery was unrepresented.
