Richard Hardy, of Midlands commercial property specialists Bromwich Hardy, has just completed the final leg of his bid to complete deals within Great Britain and Northern Ireland within the last twelve months.
Apart from deals in England in far flung places such as Felixstowe, Shepton Mallet (pictured) and Northumberland Richard has negotiated a complicated lease surrender and renewal of workshop premises in Ayr, Scotland the landlord carrying out substantial improvement works for the tenant.
A freehold site of just over two acres has been acquired on the Treforest Industrial Estate, Pontypridd on behalf of an owner/occupier who has just obtained planning permission for the construction of a HGV workshop.
Finally a lease surrender has been negotiated of a workshop and vehicle display centre in Belfast including the negotiation of dilapidations and capital payments.
In the coming twelve months Richard will be negotiating the exit from warehouse premises in Dublin on behalf of clients.
