Vail Williams LLP, leading real estate advisers, have appointed Philip Holmes as an Associate in their Solent hub to expand their agency activity in the area.
In his new role, Philip will be covering the M27 corridor from Southampton to Portsmouth, mainly focusing on the eastern are of the region which he knows well. He will deal with the acquisition and disposal of office and industrial properties, in particular corporate clients and major occupiers.
Philip joins Vail Williams from BNP Paribas Real Estate in Southampton where he built up his knowledge of the M27 corridor. He has also previously worked with Higgs and Hill in the City of London.
