Salmon Harvester Properties (SHP) has let a 3,269 sq ft floor in its 2 Queen’s Square office building on Ascot Business Park.
A 10-year lease has been granted to Loyalty Angels Ltd who trade as Bink providing an app which automatically collects and displays loyalty card points and offers. The rent is £25 per sq ft.
Salmon Director Pat Mahoney said: “The rent achieved reflects the high quality of the space and its excellent location. We now have only one more floor to let in 2 Queen’s Square to achieve full occupancy of that building.”
The modern grade A offices at Ascot Business Park are available to occupiers to rent or to purchase as income-producing investments. Sizes range from 1,667 sq ft up to 14,200sq ft.
