Leading law firm Ashfords held a mock employment tribunal to give HR professionals and managers an invaluable insight into what actually goes on in an Employment Tribunal.
‘Actors’ from Ashfords’ highly-experienced employment team, played the roles of witnesses, advocates and panel members, and were joined by practising Employment Judge Stephen Wyeth
The tribunal was based around the Equality Act and the dismissal of an employee.
The event at Ashfords’ Bristol office at Tower Wharf was attended by representatives from private and public sector organisations all over Somerset.
Stephen Moore, Partner and Head of Ashfords’ Employment Team, said: “We hold a number of these mock tribunals as we they are excellent way for HR professionals and managers to get a taste for the real thing.
