Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) has let 1,425 sq ft of grade A office space at Whittington Hall, Worcester, less than six months after the previous tenant left, emphasising the demand for space at this prestigious business location.
Acting on behalf of the Pemberstone Partnership, and advised by Harris Lamb, Blue Marble let the 1,425 sq ft office suite in Evesham House, Whittington Hall, Whittington Road, Worcester, WR5 2ZX, to Hofmann Pruftechnik UK Ltd, an automotive software and control systems company, on a new five year lease, at an annual rent of £19,950.
Only one office suite now remains available for lease at Whittington Hall, Pemberstone’s prestigious out of town office development just off J7 of the M5, namely 3,900 sq ft in Brook House.
