Following the letting of the new 7,296 sq ft offices at Achilles House, Churchward in June to RSM (formerly Baker Tilly), Keningtons have now completed the sale of the investment.
Keningtons acted for the developers, Thomas Homes in the letting to RSM and then advised on the investment sale.
The property has been purchased by an overseas private investor who was represented by J Nicholas Upton and Partners.
