A key strategic site with the capacity for up to 208,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation in north Nottinghamshire is being released to market by commercial property agency Innes England.
Fulwood Park, located off Junction 28 of the M1, has been identified by Invest Ashfield & Mansfield as one of the area’s key sites and has already undergone significant development – with planning permission already obtained on the final phase.
The remaining 14 acres of land, which could house up to 208,000 sq ft of industrial space is available as a design and build opportunity.
Craig Straw, director at Innes England, will be marketing the site on behalf of a private investor. He said: “Junction 28 of the M1 motorway is a very popular location for industrial and distribution use and as such has already seen a great deal of development take place.
“The remaining 14 acres at Fulwood Park is available as a whole or in self-contained sites able to accommodate occupiers bespoke requirements from c30,000 sq ft upwards making it attractive to a wide variety of potential occupiers.
“This area of north Nottinghamshire is extremely attractive to businesses with its relatively low rents, rates and wages – with a substantial workforce available on the doorstep and excellent transport links across the UK.”
Innes England is acting as joint agents with Salloway. Stephen Salloway said: “The first phase at Fulwood Park has proved extremely popular thanks to its excellent location and availability of the local workforce. The same qualities will make this last phase similarly appealing.”
