Caffé Nero is to open a new coffee house in Solihull.
The café is expanding its chain with a 2,069 sq ft ground floor unit at 15-19 High Street.
The unit has been sub-let from Nationwide on a 12 year lease, at an annual rent of £75,000 per annum.
