Developer Robert Hitchins Ltd is investing £500,000 on the refurbishment of offices in Central Park, Bridgend.
The end result will be 30,000 sq ft of high-quality accommodation on a single open plan floorplate suitable for the call centre industry or other complimentary uses subject to the necessary planning consents.
Two new agents have been appointed to the scheme: Lambert Smith Hampton and Knight Frank who will be marketing existing office, warehouse and trade counter accommodation as well as offering the potential for new development and serviced land plots on both a leasehold and freehold basis.
Robert Hitchins’ Asset and Development Manager John Jones said: “This investment demonstrates our faith in Bridgend and all it has to offer to the business community.
“The refurbishment is progressing well and the new-look offices should be complete and ready for occupation by September 2016.”
Owen Griffiths of LSH said: “Central Park has an exciting mix of new and existing buildings which provide a first-rate business environment. It has a prominent position on the Bridgend Industrial Estate, with excellent access to J35 of the M4 and copious parking.”

It now boasts a trade counter development of 18 units extending to approximately 70,000 sq ft which are fully let.
