Acting on behalf of Swindon Borough Council, Keningtons LLP have let a 1000 sq ft retail unit at Dorcan Way Centre to Cutting Bar Limited.
Jeremy Sutton of Keningtons comment “ We had a number of parties interested in the property and Cutting Bar were selected as the preferred tenants after a ‘best bid process’. They have taken a new 15 year lease and join Betfred, and a takeaway in the small parade adjacent to the Morrisons supermarket .”
Shane Prater of Quintons in Newbury who acted for Cutting Bar adds “ This unit gives Cutting Bar their 5th outlet in Swindon. They will now undertake a comprehensive fit out and will be open for business in the next few weeks. In addition to Swindon, Cutting Bar have outlets in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire.”
