FHP have been appointed to manage a mixed use building known as Norfolk House, located on the corner of Upper Parliament Street and Queen Street in Nottingham on behalf of new owners, TPIF, a Fund originated and managed by the Tritax Group.
The 25,550 sq ft mixed use building provides retail accommodation on the ground floor containing the main city Post Office, with offices above let out to The Way Ahead Group and a penthouse apartment on the fifth floor.

“Having recently purchased the property, TPIF were looking to appoint a local managing agent to oversee the day to day operation of the building and provide a responsive service to their tenants who use the building intensively.
