With modern office space hard to come by, commercial property experts HPH have given a business in West Wiltshire a unique opportunity.
The Bath-based firm, which has 60 years’ experience in property management, has recently refurbished town-centre offices in Trowbridge.
HPH’s investment has transformed the centrally located Bakers Yard Offices, on Fore Street, providing business events company Rela8 Events with new, quality headquarters.
The company, previously based in Bradford-on-Avon, specialises in business-to-business closed door events across multiple industries.
CEO Paul Gibson, who founded the firm in 2014, said continuing growth had driven the move.
“We employ ten staff and have plans to increase this even further over the next two years. We have moved because we needed more space but Trowbridge has a lot to offer with plenty of amenities and it is more convenient in terms of transport links, which we hope will help us attract more employees.
“The team at HPH have been extremely helpful and accommodating during our move, which came at a very busy time for Rela8 Events.”
Managing director of HPH Lindsay Holdoway added “At HPH we make sure our portfolio of properties not only meets but exceeds the standards expected by modern business owners.
“Creating and maintaining modern and flexible employment space is critical to the local economy and we are pleased with the work completed at the Bakers Yard Offices in Trowbridge, which has been transformed into an ideal setting for any ambitious company.
“We take our role as landlord very seriously building relationships with tenants to help their businesses flourish, responding to present and future needs. HPH does not just offer property management but also provides help, knowledge and expertise to keep businesses on the right track.”
Bakers Yard Offices are situated just an eight-minute walk from the town’s railway station, and are within walking distance of many local amenities such as the Shires Shopping Centre and St Stephen’s Place Leisure Park.
