Real estate advisor Colliers International has further strengthened the breadth and depth of its specialist offering for the North West of England with a key appointment.
Laura Wilbourn joins the industrial and logistics team at the Manchester office of Colliers as a senior surveyor, working alongside director Julien Kenny-Levick and consultant Chris Evans to provide specialist services tailored to the needs of clients throughout the North West and nationwide.
Laura graduated with BA (Hons) in public services and politics at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2010 and consequently completed a master’s degree (MSc.) in urban regeneration with merit award at Sheffield Hallam University.
She has undertaken a wide range of work experience with various commercial property agencies including Colliers International and property developers throughout Greater Manchester and the North West of England.
She explained: “Working with the industrial and logistics team at Colliers International, I will be based from the Manchester office but working nationwide with clients. Several years’ experience working client side and within environmental surveying leaves me able to appreciate clients’ interests: reducing voids, ensuring good covenant strength and maximising the value potential.
“In addition, I will be working closely with our investment team to acquire new industrial sites, and cross communicating with other departments to ensure we offer a range of services to our clients.”
