LGIM Real Assets (L&G) announces that it has let the entire Elmbrook House, 18-19 Station Road, in Sunbury-on-Thames to A&A Group Limited, a financial services firm. The office building, which benefits from 91 car spaces, sits adjacent to Sunbury Train Station and Junction 1 of the M3, and has been let before completion of L&G’s refurbishment.
A&A Group Limited has taken the entire 19,480 sq ft (IPMS 3) building at a rent of £24.50 per sq ft, on an unbroken 10 year lease. They will relocate from nearby Hampton Hill.
