Suzanne Holloway joins the Gatwick regional team as an Associate in Vail Williams’ Planning discipline, assisting in regional business development, planning advice and site assessments for land supply.
Suzanne brings a total of 22 years planning experience to the Crawley team, with 21 of those years spent with the local government facilitating a range of developments predominately for strategic commercial property developers.
Suzanne said: “My career experiences will provide our clients with valuable planning advice and guidance, and I’m looking forward to applying my skills and knowledge to my new role.Vail Williams has a strong reputation for its expertise, so I’m very proud to be on board.”
She has previously worked in regeneration and development facilitation and, for the last 10 years, Suzanne has worked alongside policy development projects – assisting in the delivery of major development opportunities. She gained this invaluable experience at Crawley Borough Council as a Principle Planning Officer before joining the Vail Williams team.

She has significant experience of negotiation and development delivery, working with investors and key stakeholders, as well as resident groups and elected members which will be a real boost to the Vail Williams regional team.”
Suzanne has also had responsibilities including: standing as the lead advisor on S106 agreements and Community Infrastructure Levy matters, leading on site assessments for land supply relating to the potential expansion at Gatwick and advising local business groups on liaison with key infrastructure providers.
