Acting on behalf of a private Landlord, CBRE’s Liverpool Industrial Agency team has let a 7,200 sq ft unit at Coopers Point, Knowsley to Wolesley UK Ltd on a new five year Lease.
Coopers Point comprises 13 modern industrial and trade units, with individual units ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 7,200 sq ft located at Junction 4 of the M57 and fronting the A580 East Lancashire Road, thereby occupying a strategic business location with excellent transport connections and communications links.
