A new development at Crusader Park in Warminster should help to tackle the shortage of high-quality industrial property in the area that has been an issue for businesses since the start of the recession.
The shortage of industrial stock and demand for high-spec industrial space has prompted local developers James R Pearce Developments Ltd to commence construction.
Crusader Park, to the north of Warminster, is one of the area’s most successful business centres, with a range of commercial and industrial occupiers.
The development is nearing completion and offers units from approx 5,250-15,672 sq ft which are available through national property consultancy Carter Jonas.
The high specification build offers prestigious frontage and is of steel portal frame construction with part brick and PVC-coated steel profile elevations under a PVC-coated steel profile roof with lights. The buildings will benefit from a minimum 6m eaves, a height to pitch of 7.8m and a first floor with a loading of 10kN / sq m. Access is by two roller shutter doors and there is parking on site.
