Michael Jones Commercial were instructed by a well established and well known West Sussex developer, on a 1688 sq ft. self-contained office building in Shelley Road in March 2016 which had been on the market unsuccessfully with another local agent for 12 months previous.
Terms were agreed for a new 10 year lease with established foster care provider Foster Care Associates less than 3 weeks after instructions were issued.
Jon Justice from Michael Jones Commercial said: “Due to the permitted development rights being extended, we have seen a real shortage of 500 – 2,000 sq ft offices. There are some good requirements locally and I would encourage landlords with similar properties to call for a free valuation”.
