Whitmarsh Lockhart surveyor Chris Brooks has been awarded Chartered status and the prestigious title of Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Chris, who graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester with a degree in Real Estate, has been employed by Whitmarsh Lockhart since 2011.
Chris’ achievement means that every member of the Whitmarsh Lockhart agency team now holds Chartered Status and adheres to the high standards of professionalism and quality set by RICS.
Chris said: “Achieving RICS Chartership was a challenging process as you must prove your skills across different areas of valuation, marketing and real estate sales.
