National property and construction consultancy Wakemans has been appointed on the latest office development planned at Glass Wharf, located within Temple Quarter, the West of England’s designated Enterprise Zone. The appointment on the £25 million commercial office building at Three Glass Wharf follows the successful completion of Two Glass Wharf last year.
Wakemans is acting as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent on behalf of developer Salmon Harvester Properties (SHP) on the 163000 sq ft scheme. The successful development overlooks Bristol’s historic waterside and will include nine floors of top quality Grade A office space with basement car parking.
“We are delighted to continue our long standing relationship with Salmon Harvester Properties,” says Wakemans managing director John Woodhall.
Work is due to start on site later this year.
