Five companies are relocating to a leading Luton business park following deals completed by commercial property consultancy Kirkby Diamond.
Phase one of the Business Homes development at Capability Green has welcomed Bexhill UK Ltd, Norland Managed Services, Gate Gourmet, and Hyde Group and Galliford Try, said Kirkby Diamond head of commercial agency Eamon Kennedy.
Kirkby Diamond has completed lettings amounting to a total of 15,000 sq ft in four Grade A office buildings. The company was appointed by a private fund to market three properties on phase one of Business Homes development together with a private investor who owns one of the properties. All are now fully let.
The most recent lettings to leading housebuilding and construction group Galliford Try and Bexhill UK Ltd have taken leases on space between 1,600 sq ft and 3,400 sq ft at 721 and 726 Capability Green.
