Barker Storey Matthews Peterborough office has negotiated the sale of a 0.67 acre site on the new Kingston park development in Hampton to long established used car specialist Stanground Autos, who own a number of sites across Peterborough.
Stanground Autos have purchased the land to construct a purpose built 10,000 sq ft car showroom which has been designed for them by Barnack Estates ltd. The showroom has recently been granted planning consent and construction on site should commence by July with occupation and trading intended by January 2017.

They are a well-established name in Peterborough and they join a number of notable occupiers including Remark Group, a motorbike and accessories showroom whose name is to be announced imminently when they open in July, Capital hair, who are currently fitting out their unit, and Vanquish Autos on site. We are also in the process of constructing a training base for the Vogal group”.
Barker Storey Matthews are currently marketing units for sale or to let on Lakeside Court, a trade/ showroom scheme built on the Kingston park development. Unit 6 comprising some 3,000 sq ft is available and 1, 2 and 3 will offer units ranging from 2,500 to 8,700 sq ft will be constructed by the end of July.
