The Solent office of property consultancy Vail Williams LLP has moved to Savannah House, 3 Ocean Way, Ocean Village Southampton SO14 3TJ and has been operational since the 20 June, 2016.
The office move follows Vail Williams’ need to accommodate an expanding Solent team, with five new hires having joined so far in 2016 – including Nicky Reid as Associate and Robert Lee as Senior Surveyor.
Alongside its office move, the development and success of the 24-stong team has been recognised with three employees welcoming promotions. Philip Holmes has been appointed Partner from Associate, Ben Christian has moved up to Senior Planner and Brendan Fisher to Surveyor having successfully passed his APC.
Their promotions reflect the excellent work all three have provided for their clients across the Solent region, including names such as Northwood Investors, Threadneedle, Portsmouth Water, Taylor Wimpey and Bargate Homes.
Commenting on the news, Mike Greenwood, Regional Managing Partner said: “It’s been an excellent year for our regional office and we’ve welcomed some great new talent which has really bolstered our team and the first-class property services we provide to all of our clients.
“I’m delighted to see young talents such as Ben and Brendan rewarded for the hard work delivered, and I know Philip is honoured to be promoted to Partner and help lead the continued growth of the Solent team. We’re all looking forward to moving into our new offices.”
The new office space in Ocean Village, which is named after the world famous ship, The Savannah that completed a historic voyage from New York in 1819, boasts a high specification IT set-up.
The newly equipped office will support Vail Williams’ expanded Solent team in all elements of its work, and will continue to build on the successes already achieved across the South Coast region.
