Leading commercial developer, Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with land owner ASK Developments Limited, have secured planning consent for the next phase of the prestigious Wolverhampton Gateway site, to deliver a Costa Coffee drive thru, which will be located next door to the Porsche dealership that was opened earlier this year.
Terms have been agreed, on a leasehold basis, with Costa Coffee and the development is expected to proceed onto site in the next few months and will provide a highly visible and convenient location, with access from the Stafford Road, adjacent to junction 2 of the M54 and in close proximity to i54 Business Park.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor Developments, on behalf of the development partners said, “The Porsche dealership, which is now open and trading, looks magnificent and this new high quality design for a Costa Coffee drive thru will complement the development at this Gateway site, Wolverhampton. It will leave only one plot remaining at the site of one acre, suitable for hotel, office or roadside uses”.
