Innovation Birmingham Campus-based digital lettings and property management provider, brightLET, has expanded into the commercial property market following a successful year for the company.
A cloud based lettings and property management platform that connects landlords directly with tenants, brightLET provides a 360-degree service which enables users to advertise, find a property, communicate and manage tenancies online without using a third party.
The new commercial solution will provide multi user access, enabling landlords to streamline their service, reduce management costs and keep all relevant tenancy information in one secure, online location which is quickly and easily accessible.

brightLET were one of 12 start-ups recently accepted on to Innovation Birmingham Campus’ Serendip Smart City Incubator, a new offering aimed at accelerating the growth of digital start-ups by co-locating them with large corporate partners.
Based at the Campus’ new 42,149 sq ft iCentrum building, start-ups can sign up to one of four sector-specific ‘quarters’; Digital Health, Intelligent Mobility, Internet of Things and Barclays Eagle Labs, which are being delivered by Innovation Birmingham in collaboration with the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network, Centro, the Transport Systems Catapult, RWE npower and Barclays. Applications for the second cohort of start-ups are now open.
