M&G Real Estate, advised by Green & Partners, has sold the long leasehold interest in a prime shop unit in Broadmead, Bristol to M2C UK limited for £950,000.
The 2,818 sq ft property at 81, Broadmead is held on a 125-year lease from Bristol City Council dated from August 1996 and is occupied by Shoe Zone on a five year lease from October 2015. The passing rent is £75,000 a year.

M2C UK is a UK based high street retail investor with a portfolio of assets in Glasgow and Bristol. The company targets to achieve £100m of acquisitions in the coming three years.
