Williams Gunter Hardwick have recently completed two retail deals for Virgin Media Limited.
Virgin Media Limited has acquired 67.45 sq m (726 sq ft) with first floor storage, at Unit 77, The Bridges Shopping Centre, Sunderland, by way of a new 5 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, by way of service charge, from January 2016 with a tenant only option to break at the expiration of year 3.
The initial rent is £55,000 per annum exclusive.

Virgin Media Limited has also acquired 73.01 sq m (786 sq ft) with first floor storage, at Unit 50 (41) The Mall, Burnley, by way of a new 5 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, by way of service charge, from December 2015 with a tenant option to break at the expiration of year 3.
The initial rent is £40,000 per annum exclusive.
