Hicks Baker has sold the freehold interest to a private overseas investor for £900,000.
The sale completed in June. The ground floor was let to Cancer Research UK and the upper offices to Manpower UK Limited at a combined rent of £61,250 per annum. Both leases expire in 2020.
The price reflects a net initial yield of 6.44% after assumed purchaser’s costs of 5.63%.
The purchaser was represented by Clay Street.
