Leading national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced two senior promotions in its Bristol office.
Danielle Kirk is now director in the property management team, while Craig Wallace has been promoted from senior surveyor to associate director in the valuation and public sector services team.
Danielle, who joined LSH eight years ago as a graduate, is a specialist in service charge preparation and management, and mixed commercial property management. She has managed properties on behalf of national clients including Henderson UK Property Fund, Aberdeen and Lothbury Investment Management.
She also manages the Spectrum building in Bristol city centre and is an APC assessor for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
“I’m very excited to be promoted and be given the opportunity to take on more responsibility,” she said. “Working at LSH has enabled me to progress from graduate in the property management team to director, and I’m looking forward to taking on the new challenges that promotion brings and to growing the team.”
Craig Wallace joined LSH’s valuation and public sector services team in 2012. He undertakes valuations for a variety of assets and provides advice to public sector organisations on development consultancy and estates strategy.
The MRICs qualified valuer counts the Homes and Communities Agency, Avon Fire & Rescue and major high street banks among his clients.
He said: “I’m thrilled to have been promoted to associate director at LSH. It’s a dynamic and energetic business that has huge ambitions and I’m pleased that I’ll be playing a more senior role and contributing further to its success.”
Congratulating the pair on their promotions, Peter Musgrove, head of office at LSH Bristol, said: “It’s testament to their expertise, attitude and drive that both Danielle and Craig have been recognised and rewarded for their work. This is an exciting time for LSH, which is forging ahead with growth plans, and it’s very satisfying to see colleagues who are making a positive contribution to those ambitions promoted for their efforts.”
