Freight cargo specialist, Air Action, have relocated from their base at East Midlands Airport to suite 0.12 – 0.15 Centennial House, which has recently undergone impressive refurbishment works.
FHP Property Consultants agreed a lease with the company on 864 sq ft of space at the offices, which offer modern accommodation in close proximity to the airport sitting on Beverley Road.
Darran Severn of FHP Property Consultants concluded the letting. He comments:
“Air Action were looking to stay close to East Midlands Airport, being specialists in freight cargo forwarding, courier services and customs clearance so this office was the ideal spot. The building has recently undergone an external refurbishment which in turn has led to further interest and I’m pleased another letting has completed here.
There are currently several suites remaining, from 420 sq ft upwards, and I look forward to hearing from any interested parties.”
