Global loss adjusting and insurance claims management organisation, Cunningham Lindsey UK, has chosen Park Square for its Birmingham based business operations. The company has taken a 10-year lease on 8,484 sq ft and the landlord, represented by Invesco Real Estate, is predicting high occupancy levels on their scheme for 2012. .
From March 2012, 70 Cunningham Lindsey employees will work out of the Park Square office. It will also offer hot-desking facilities for remote and other companywide workers, as well as a well appointed hub for meeting, conference and training facilities. Cunningham Lindsey were advised by Square Foot Consulting.
Richard Fletcher-Brewer of GBR Phoenix Beard, one of the joint agents retained by the landlord to market the remaining vacant accommodation at Park Square, commented:
“The recent letting at Park Square is testament to the continued demand for Grade A office accommodation within close proximity to the M42 corridor and Birmingham International Airport. Park Square now boasts an enviable tenant list including Penna, Swiss Port, Inviron and the Linpac Group, all of whom sought highly specified office accommodation and connectivity when relocating to the scheme. Following the announcement that Aero Engine Controls (the joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Goodrich) is to establish their research and development facility on the park, demand for high quality office accommodation like Park Square is set to continue. The landlord’s on-going investment into Park Square will only add to its appeal.”
A spokesperson for Cunningham Lindsey UK said:
“Birmingham is one of our major operational centres in the UK and we’ve been located on the Business Park for five years. However, this move to Park Square provides us with excellent general office facilities, more space to accommodate our remote staff and the flexibility to expand in the future.”
There remain opportunities to let Grade A office space at Park Square, from 3,737 sq ft to a fully self-contained building of 12,500 sq ft. Flexible lease terms are available.
