Acting jointly with May Whetter & Grose, Vickery Holman have recently concluded the letting of 5,000 sq ft of brand new office space at St Austell Business Park to Coodes Solicitors.
St Austell Business Park is located alongside the A391 linking St Austell with Bodmin and the main A30 and offers top quality, architect designed, modern business space with views over St Austell Bay.
The relocation follows Coodes setting up two new offices in Falmouth and St Ives over the last year, as well as a number of new appointments across the firm’s business and private client teams.
CEO of Coodes, Gerard Hickie, said: “This is a historic moment for Coodes, as St Austell is where our story began more than 270 years ago. The move represents a considerable investment in and commitment to St Austell and our excellent staff.
We know that many of our clients, particularly those with mobility problems, found it difficult to get to our existing town centre premises. With free parking and easy access, our new offices have been designed to the highest accessibility and environmental standards and will provide a high quality experience for our customers and a superb working environment. They will also enable us to develop our services, to make better and more effective use of modern technology and meet our growth aspirations.”
30 staff will move into the new office, which also has room to accommodate Coodes’ expanding workforce.
Beth Mayman, Operations Manager of St Austell Business Park & St Austell Printing Company comments:
“We are delighted that Coodes are joining our growing and vibrant business community at St Austell Business Park. As a long standing local business ourselves, we are proud to support business growth and development in St Austell and are pleased that Coodes continue to support St Austell.
