John O’Connor, a specialist ground maintenance and landscaping company, have opened a new office at 7 Rutherford Road, Basingstoke. The premises total 2,665 sq ft set out on 2 floors. They have taken a new lease for a term until 2020, at a rent of £15,000 per annum exclusive. The transaction also involved the surrender of a lease from Lincoln Property Solutions who have taken a larger premises in Grafton Way.
