John O’Connor, a specialist ground maintenance and landscaping company, have opened a new office at 7 Rutherford Road, Basingstoke. The premises total 2,665 sq ft set out on 2 floors. They have taken a new lease for a term until 2020, at a rent of £15,000 per annum exclusive. The transaction also involved the surrender of a lease from Lincoln Property Solutions who have taken a larger premises in Grafton Way.

“We had strong interest in the unit, and we were pleased to be able to agree a transaction which was satisfactory to all parties, showing the flexible approach of the landlords. We will shortly be bringing to the market Unit 5, comprising 1,450 sq ft and Unit 9, comprising 4,182 sq ft which is undergoing refurbishment at the moment. These buildings offer something different from the standard industrial buildings and we believe that there will be strong interest in them.”
