Walsall will be getting its first standalone Pandora store at 13 Park Street, in a deal brokered by Matt Revill of FHP.
Previously home to Santander before they relocated in 2013, FHP completed terms with Pandora just two weeks after their lease ran out in April 2016, meaning there was virtually no void of rental income for the landlord. The new Pandora is set to open this Summer.

“It was great to have such a quick transition between the two tenants whilst securing a strong covenant for our client. Pandora are the type of retailer that coincides with the £12m regeneration of the retail and leisure offering at St Matthews Quarter in Walsall Town Centre.”
Pandora is now sold in over 300 stores in Great Britain, and FHP have worked alongside them in many of their Midlands expansions, including their store at Intu Derby, their expansion at Intu Victoria in Nottingham last November, and their first standalone store in Chesterfield in Spring 2014.
