In response to increasing demand for specialist building consultancy services, Philip Walster has joined CBRE’s South Central Building Surveying team as a an Associate Director enhancing CBRE’s resources and capability in this area.
Based in the regional office at Ocean Village, Southampton, Philip will focus on specialist areas including the procurement of extensions and alterations, dilapidations, party wall works, boundary disputes, building surveys and planning supervision. Prior to joining CBRE, Philip spent six years at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Commenting on his appointment, Philip said: “I am pleased to have joined an established office and be part of an experienced and successful team. CBRE has great breadth and depth of resources and I am looking forward to expanding the client base across the region.”
