FHP property consultants and Savills have recently sought best bids from developers and investors for the sale of the Rushcliffe Borough Council Civic Centre at Trent Bridge.
David Hargreaves of FHP said:
“We have had a good level of interest in the development and have now put together a short list of four developers who will be interviewed prior to making recommendations to the Rushcliffe Borough Council Committee.”
Rushcliffe Borough Council will be moving to new offices which are currently under construction in early 2016.
