SEGRO, Europe’s largest listed owner, asset manager and developer of industrial property, has signed up Seamless Interiors at Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke.
Seamless Interiors, a design and delivery organisation which specialises in bespoke installations for major events, has taken a 10-year lease on a 4,566 sq. ft. unit on the Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke.
Seamless Interiors is an existing SEGRO customer, having previously relocated part of their business to Kingsland Business Park in January. The expanding company has now chosen to relocate the remainder of its business, giving it an overall footage of 12,916 sq ft.
Paul Lewis, Regional Director, SEGRO, said:
“Seamless Interiors is a young, enthusiastic company and it is a real pleasure to work with them. Having already relocated part of their business to Kingsland Business Park, it has been excellent to support them in their expansion on the estate and assist them with their growth plans.”
Rob Mackay, Managing Director, Seamless Interiors, said:
“Expanding our presence at Kingsland Business Park was a clear-cut business decision for us, the progression of relocating the remainder of our business just made sense. We work within a vibrant industry, specialising in global sporting hospitality events and we have a diverse workforce. Our team based on the estate includes senior management, project managers, designers, carpenters and machinists, the prime location works for the whole team and also our client portfolio, with excellent transport links and fantastic facilities.”
Kingsland Industrial Estate forms part of SEGRO’s well positioned portfolio in the Thames Valley providing high quality and flexible industrial, office and warehouse space for businesses across the region.
